A member of our intake team reviews your inquiry and any documents you have shared. We respond within one business day to confirm receipt and schedule a consultation if appropriate.
02Consultation conversation
The consultation is confidential and typically lasts 20 to 40 minutes. We listen to what happened, ask focused questions, and provide an initial assessment of your matter.
03Candid recommendation
We tell you candidly whether we believe we can help, what the next steps would be, and any deadlines that may apply. If we cannot help, we will say so and where appropriate refer you to counsel whose work we trust.
04No obligation
The consultation carries no obligation to retain the firm. You decide whether to move forward, and we will not pressure you either way.
