The attorney you meet at the consultation is the attorney who handles your case. We do not pass clients through layers of staff or hand files off to junior associates after the initial meeting.

We provide substantive updates on the case, not status placeholders. Clients receive clear explanations of strategy, expected timelines, and the meaning of each development in plain language.
Candor about weaknesses
We are candid about the challenges in a case, not only its strengths. A client cannot make informed decisions without understanding both. We would rather deliver difficult news clearly than reassure a client with optimistic misrepresentations.
Respect for the client's decision
Every meaningful decision — whether to settle, file, take a deposition, or proceed to trial — is the client's. We provide analysis and recommendation; the client provides the decision. We do not resolve a claim without our client's informed written consent.
